CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You are able to reschedule or cancel appointments 24hrs. prior to your appointment start time. Otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations (within 24hr of appt. time) and 100% for no shows. After 20 minutes of no show your appointment will be cancelled. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service cost. ALL CLIENTS AGREE TO THIS UPON BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
